بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ

Seeking Protection from Inner Whispers 1–6
قُلۡقُلْSay
أَعُوذُاَعُوْذُI seek refuge
بِرَبِّin (the) Lord
ٱلنَّاسِالنَّاسِ(of) mankind
Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind,
مَلِكِ(The) King
ٱلنَّاسِالنَّاسِ(of) mankind
The Sovereign of mankind,
إِلَٰهِاِلٰهِ(The) God
ٱلنَّاسِالنَّاسِ(of) mankind
The God of mankind,
مِنمِنْFrom
شَرِّ(the) evil
ٱلۡوَسۡوَاسِالْوَسْوَاسِۙ(of) the whisperer
ٱلۡخَنَّاسِالْخَنَّاسِthe one who withdraws
From the evil of the retreating whisperer -
ٱلَّذِيالَّذِيْThe one who
يُوَسۡوِسُيُوَسْوِسُwhispers
فِيفِيْin
صُدُورِصُدُوْرِ(the) breasts
ٱلنَّاسِالنَّاسِ(of) mankind
Who whispers [evil] into the breasts of mankind -
مِنَFrom
ٱلۡجِنَّةِالْجِنَّةِthe jinn
وَٱلنَّاسِوَالنَّاسِand men
From among the jinn and mankind."
1 Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind, 2 The Sovereign of mankind, 3 The God of mankind, 4 From the evil of the retreating whisperer - 5 Who whispers [evil] into the breasts of mankind - 6 From among the jinn and mankind."
