Ayah 1

5. ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِالسَّمٰوٰتِthe heavensGenitive · مَجْرُور
6. وَمَاand whateverRelative pronoun · اِسْم مَوْصُول
7. فِي(is) inPreposition · حَرْف جَرّ
8. ٱلۡأَرۡضِۖالْاَرْضِۚthe earthGenitive · مَجْرُور
9. وَهُوَAnd HePronoun · ضَمِير
10. ٱلۡعَزِيزُالْعَزِيْزُ(is) the All-MightyNominative · مَرْفُوع
11. ٱلۡحَكِيمُالْحَكِيْمُthe All-WiseNominative · مَرْفُوع

Whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth exalts Allāh, and He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.

Ayah 2

1. يَٰٓأَيُّهَايٰٓاَيُّهَاO youAccusative · مَنْصُوب
2. ٱلَّذِينَالَّذِيْنَthose who(believe)Relative pronoun · اِسْم مَوْصُول
3. ءَامَنُواْاٰمَنُوْاbelievePerfect · Form IV
4. لِمَWhyInterrogative noun · اِسْم اِسْتِفْهَام
5. تَقُولُونَتَقُوْلُوْنَ(do) you sayImperfect · Form I
6. مَاwhatRelative pronoun · اِسْم مَوْصُول

8. تَفۡعَلُونَتَفْعَلُوْنَyou doImperfect · Form I

O you who have believed, why do you say what you do not do?

Ayah 3

1. كَبُرَGreat isPerfect · Form I
2. مَقۡتًامَقْتًاhatredAccusative · مَنْصُوب
3. عِندَعِنْدَwithAccusative · مَنْصُوب
4. ٱللَّهِاللّٰهِAllahGenitive · مَجْرُور

6. تَقُولُواْتَقُوْلُوْاyou sayImperfect · Form I

Greatly hateful in the sight of Allāh is that you say what you do not do.

Ayah 4

7. سَبِيلِهِۦسَبِيْلِهٖHis WayGenitive · مَجْرُور
8. صَفّٗاصَفًّا(in) a rowAccusative · مَنْصُوب
9. كَأَنَّهُمكَاَنَّهُمْas if theyAccusative Harf · حَرْف نَصْب
10. بُنۡيَٰنٞبُنْيَانٌ(were) a structureNominative · مَرْفُوع
11. مَّرۡصُوصٞمَّرْصُوْصٌjoined firmlyNominative · مَرْفُوع

Indeed, Allāh loves those who fight in His cause in a row as though they are a [single] structure joined firmly.
