Truth Versus Falsehood 1–3

Ayah 1

1. ٱلَّذِينَاَلَّذِيْنَThose whoRelative pronoun · اِسْم مَوْصُول
2. كَفَرُواْكَفَرُوْاdisbelievePerfect · Form I
3. وَصَدُّواْوَصَدُّوْاand turn awayPerfect · Form I
4. عَنعَنْfromPreposition · حَرْف جَرّ
5. سَبِيلِسَبِيْلِ(the) way of AllahGenitive · مَجْرُور
6. ٱللَّهِاللّٰهِ(the) way of AllahGenitive · مَجْرُور
7. أَضَلَّاَضَلَّHe will cause to be lostPerfect · Form IV
8. أَعۡمَٰلَهُمۡاَعْمَالَهُمْtheir deedsAccusative · مَنْصُوب

Those who disbelieve and avert [people] from the way of Allāh - He will waste their deeds.

Ayah 2

1. وَٱلَّذِينَوَالَّذِيْنَAnd those whoRelative pronoun · اِسْم مَوْصُول
2. ءَامَنُواْاٰمَنُوْاbelievePerfect · Form IV
3. وَعَمِلُواْوَعَمِلُواand doPerfect · Form I
4. ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِالصّٰلِحٰتِrighteous deedsGenitive · مَجْرُور
5. وَءَامَنُواْوَاٰمَنُوْاand believePerfect · Form IV
6. بِمَاin whatRelative pronoun · اِسْم مَوْصُول
7. نُزِّلَis revealedPerfect · Form II
8. عَلَىٰعَلٰيtoPreposition · حَرْف جَرّ
9. مُحَمَّدٖمُحَمَّدٍMuhammadGenitive · مَجْرُور
10. وَهُوَوَّهُوَand itPronoun · ضَمِير
11. ٱلۡحَقُّالْحَقُّ(is) the truthNominative · مَرْفُوع
12. مِنمِنْfromPreposition · حَرْف جَرّ
13. رَّبِّهِمۡرَّبِّهِمْۙtheir LordGenitive · مَجْرُور
14. كَفَّرَHe will removePerfect · Form II
15. عَنۡهُمۡعَنْهُمْfrom themPreposition · حَرْف جَرّ
16. سَيِّـَٔاتِهِمۡسَيِّاٰتِهِمْtheir misdeedsGenitive · مَجْرُور
17. وَأَصۡلَحَوَاَصْلَحَand improvePerfect · Form IV
18. بَالَهُمۡبَالَهُمْtheir conditionAccusative · مَنْصُوب

And those who believe and do righteous deeds and believe in what has been sent down upon Muḥammad - and it is the truth from their Lord - He will remove from them their misdeeds and amend their condition.

Ayah 3

1. ذَٰلِكَذٰلِكَThatDemonstrative · اِسْم إِشَارَة
2. بِأَنَّبِاَنَّ(is) becauseAccusative Harf · حَرْف نَصْب
3. ٱلَّذِينَالَّذِيْنَthose whoRelative pronoun · اِسْم مَوْصُول
4. كَفَرُواْكَفَرُواdisbelievePerfect · Form I
5. ٱتَّبَعُواْاتَّبَعُواfollowPerfect · Form VIII
6. ٱلۡبَٰطِلَالْبَاطِلَfalsehoodAccusative · مَنْصُوب
7. وَأَنَّوَاَنَّand thatAccusative Harf · حَرْف نَصْب
8. ٱلَّذِينَالَّذِيْنَthose whoRelative pronoun · اِسْم مَوْصُول
9. ءَامَنُواْاٰمَنُواbelievePerfect · Form IV
10. ٱتَّبَعُواْاتَّبَعُواfollowPerfect · Form VIII
11. ٱلۡحَقَّالْحَقَّ(the) truthAccusative · مَنْصُوب
12. مِنمِنْfromPreposition · حَرْف جَرّ
13. رَّبِّهِمۡۚرَّبِّهِمْؕtheir LordGenitive · مَجْرُور
14. كَذَٰلِكَكَذٰلِكَThusDemonstrative · اِسْم إِشَارَة
15. يَضۡرِبُيَضْرِبُAllah presentsImperfect · Form I
16. ٱللَّهُاللّٰهُAllah presentsNominative · مَرْفُوع
17. لِلنَّاسِto the peopleGenitive · مَجْرُور
18. أَمۡثَٰلَهُمۡاَمْثَالَهُمْtheir similitudesAccusative · مَنْصُوب

That is because those who disbelieve follow falsehood, and those who believe follow the truth from their Lord. Thus does Allāh present to the people their comparisons.
